Hotel Soaps Are Cleaned To Be Recycled and Reused

  • Published on October 1, 2022

Hotel guests leave behind millions of half-used bars of soap every day, and it ends up in landfills. Hotel soaps get a new life in the case of Manotel Hotel in terms of circular economy context.

An innovative programme to recycle wasted soap from the Geneva-based hotel chain is being launched by the Manotel Hotel Group. The initiative aims to collect used soaps from the 6 establishments of the chain, to recycle them with a view to redistributing them free of charge to humanitarian associations while recycling up to 1 ton of soap per year.
