The Roadmap is developed within the framework of the One Planet Sustainable Tourism Programme and provides practical, tried and tested guidance on how to set a business Target (in line with Commitment 1); examples of Measurement methodologies (Commitment 2); suggested Actions that can be incorporated into a business’ Action Plan (Commitment 3); and how progress should be Reported (Commitment 4).

The opportunity rests with the tourism sector, as individual organisations and collaboratively, to support and commit to the Roadmap and to celebrate its progress as it works towards the targets.
