Municipal Initiative for the Promotion of Sustainable Businesses 2020-2023.
Promote good environmental practices in commercial establishments and regulated street vendors of the Cercado de Lima, as well as through the results of said actions, encourage municipalities to replicate them within their respective jurisdictions.
The relevance of this project in sustainable production and consumption is due to the fact that its public consists of business owners such as stores, markets or others and they are motivated to carry out sustainable actions in relation to the following points: Reduction of single-use plastic, Management and recovery of used vegetable oil, Segregation at the source, Efficient water consumption and Efficient energy consumption. All these actions have a direct relationship with the form of production and sale of food and other necessary items consumed by the Lima public in general.
