The goal of the training program is to increase the hotel sector understanding of the business case for investing and monitoring sustainable consumption and production
I am most proud of the positive feedback received from the participants of the training. They all agreed and strongly agreed that the information provided was useful and well facilitated. The main challenge was to meet expected turnout. The way to overcome this challenge was to repeat the training in multiple locations and dates. Main advice is to increase communication efforts prior to delivering training, use multiple outlets, and tailor language to be clear, concise and relevant to the business sector. Focus on communicating the cost-benefit opportunity of sustainability for business.
