Impact and Results
Our main goal is to create a system of sustainable public procurement in Russia.
The first step is to raise awareness and motivation of the decision makers, leaders and managers of state companies, municipalities and businesses on the subject of sustainable procurement, its instruments and implementation.
The next steps include development of criteria for green public procurement and procedures for their implementation, including the regulatory framework, introducing ecolabels (such as Vitality Leaf) as an effective instrument of procurement criteria.
