Ana Paula Matei

I am passionate about innovation management and accelerating innovative processes, from early-stage ideas to building sustainable and impactful projects. With over 20 years of experience in this multidisciplinary field, I have been involved in various projects and research as a project and innovation manager. I have had the opportunity to lead and be involved in areas such as entrepreneurship, startups, intellectual property, technology transfer, business incubators, technology and science parks, and building partnerships and R&D&I (research, development, and innovation) networks.
As an innovation manager, my main goal is to create and support the development of technological solutions that will improve sustainability while supporting business growth strategies. I aim to use my knowledge and skillset to improve business strategies focused on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), social and environmental impact, sustainable development, circular economy, and the impact of climate change.
