Association of Finnish Travel Industry SMAL

Association of Finnish Travel Industry (SMAL) recognizes that travel and tourism related activities have a key role to play in the implementation of effective actions in the fight against the global climate change. Sustainability, as a whole, is already an important part of the Association’s goals and SMAL takes part in the SUSTOUR project, co-funded by the European COSME programme, designed to foster the capacities and skills of tour operators regarding sustainability. SMAL is committed to support the global commitment to halve emissions by 2030 and reach Net Zero as soon as possible before 2050.
