Gender diversity is the equitable or fair representation of people of different genders. It most commonly refers to an equitable ratio of men and women, but may also include people of non-binary genders. The global effort to advance gender equality and tackle climate change at the same time is one of the greatest challenges to humanity in the 21st century.
