Rotary Club of Sydney Presentation on ‘What does Circular Economy mean to you’

What is the Circular Economy? Why should you get involved and more importantly, how can you get involved?

The Rotary Club of Sydney’s Climate Action Group is excited to host Professor Usha Iyer-Raniga who will explain all about the Circular Economy in her presentation.

Usha is from the Sustainable Built Environment at RMIT University and is also the Co-lead of the United Nations One Planet Network’s Sustainable Buildings and Construction Programme. She has almost 30 years’ experience across academia, research, industry and government. 

Usha has a PhD in the Built Environment and a Bachelor and Master of Architecture.

Professor Usha Iyer-Raniga is at the School of Property and Construction Management at RMIT University. Usha is co-leading the One Planet Network’s Sustainable Buildings and Construction Programme (SBC), United Nations 10 Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption and Production (UN 10FYP SCP) aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 12, as well as the newly formed Integrated Platform for Circular Economy, Climate Resilience, and Energy.
