Current Responsibilities and Special Knowledge
I work in Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania since the beginning of 2022 and I'm responsible for:
• Drafting implementing legislation for GPP;
• Analysis of GPP practises and providing proposals on their improvement in Lithuania;
• Drafting methodology for the conduct of GPP;
• Providing trainings and consulting on GPP;
My previous job at the Public Procurement Office and Lithuanian Business Support Agency included responsibilities related to public procurement: legislation, training, consultations, supervising procurement, conducted by contracting authorities and litigation in public procurement cases.
