Recommendations to improve biodiversity protection in policy and criteria of food standards and sourcing requirements of food companies

Inform and sensitize managers responsible for products, quality, procurement on the value of biodiversity and efficient measures to protect biodiversity.
Three training modules for farm advisors, certifiers and for quality and product manager in companies have been developed and tested. The modules are supported by a Biodiversity Knowledge Pool, Biodiversity Action Factsheets and Guidelines. The training modules will be available for free in five languages for standard organisations and food companies.
