Case Study - Sustainability Reporting at Discovery Shores Boracay

As one of the properties of Discovery Hospitality Corporation, and one of the hundreds of establishments in the famous Boracay island, Discovery Shores Boracay was affected by the 2018 island closure and rehabilitation, and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. As an island resort, the property has limited access to products and services to help them become more sustainable. Fortunately, the hotel chain has its sustainability program, EcoConserve, to help draft policies and procedures for its resorts.
