Can the hospitality sector ask customers to help them become more sustainable?

This paper discusses how tourism can approach customers to help them save resources and why guests choose to do so. There are several ‘real world’ examples. People can enjoy saving, and making better decisions as it draws on their character strengths and in turn can make them happier. In each case this form of guest engagement increases guest satisfaction.
