Las Directivas de Contratación Péblica son orientaciones y recomendaciones generales, elaboradas por Ia Dirección ChileCompra, de acuerdo a su función asesora. Esta Directiva busca establecer los conceptos y parámetros básicos que faciliten a los organismos integrantes de Ia Administración del Estado el desarrollar, fomentar y potenciar Ia realización de procedimientos de contratación sustentables de bienes muebles y servicios; y de esta forma, contribuir al desarrollo sustentable del país.
