About my work

My past professional experience has eqquiped me with solid knowledge of sustainability issues, with specialization on the topic of Sustainable Procurement. I have been involved in the implementation of SP-related projects both at a policy and an operations level and have assisted organizations in relation to the development and implementation of responsible sourcing policies, supplier diversity strategies as well as suppliers social, economic and environmental performance programmes. Since 2014, I have been an SP consultant to the Sustainable UN Facility of UN Environment, with whom I have successfully carried out a number of initiatives aiming at promoting SP in the UN system. My main achievements have been: 1. Training development. 2. Provision of tender-specific SP advice to UN agencies; 3. Facilitate the operation of the SP Working Group under the United Nations High Level Committee on Management 4. Coordination of the UN initiative "Tracking SP implementation - Phase I"
