About my work

I have worked for over 15 years in the international hotel industry, notably for the Oetker Hotel Collection in Germany, France and Morocco and Cayuga in Costa Rica.Through this experience, I accompany today various types of tourism accommodations to integrate sustainability into their daily operations. For this I develop tailor-made solutions that lead to a long-term and sustainable quality improvement. I also work as a consultant for sustainable tourism projects. Actually I accompany 2 major projects: 1. GIZ project The objective is to increase the benefits for rural and disadvantaged populations by improving the sustainable tourism offer. Our mission is to support the selected accommodation structures to improve their sustainable development and quality of service. 2. Thomas Cook/Futouris/GIZ project The aim is to better integrate practical expert knowledge through direct guest contact. This practical and theoretical approach is designed with regard to sustainability aspects.
