About my work

I am the founder of LightBlue, a net positive impact startup helping organisations cut on food waste and increase profitability. Since 2008 I have been dedicating my energy and passion to hotel sustainability and performance in SEAsia, a very niche area of sustainable tourism where true specialists are scarce. I have been developing and delivering training and consulting to more than 60 hotels and resorts in 7 countries in the region. My approach to hotel sustainability is cost-effective, market-oriented and based prominently on human capital development (capacity building). We build on people(cross-hierarchy and cross-departments Responsible Team) that are being trained and empowered to take ownership of the sustainability program. I have experience in delivering sustainability consulting and training both on behalf of International organisations (UN, EU), as well as on a B2B basis, which gives me a clear insight of both world (interests, agendas, resources, needs, etc.).
