About my workAnna Tarí is the Founder and CEO of the Circular Economy Club (CEC), which began in 2012 as a knowledge hub and started running as a club in London in 2015. From the start, CEC spurred an open, global and collaborative dialogue to share best practices and connect stakeholders working on circular economy around the world. From its humble beginnings as a website, today CEC has grown into the platform for connecting the circular economy community. Anna is from Elche (Spain) and she is based in Boston (United States), where she researches at Boston University about how to market the circular economy to increase adoption. She received a Fellowship from LaCaixa Foundation, handed by the King of Spain, to pursue her PhD about circular economy and marketing in the United States. She won the Ibero-American Youth Award in 2018, which was handed by the Prime Minister of Spain. She was a Finalist of the United Nations SDG Awards in 2018 and the 2018 edie Sustainability Leaders Awards.
