This project aims to provide an operational purchasing guide from SEEs to Quebec organizations that have committed to purchase from them. This guide serves as an inventory of good practices to be implemented at the key stages of the procurement process to ensure that the SEEs is taken into account. It focuses on buying from SEEs more than on the larger “social purchasing” concept.

This project aims to provide an operational purchasing guide from SEEs to Quebec organizations that have committed to purchase from them. This guide serves as an inventory of good practices to be implemented at the key stages of the procurement process to ensure that the SEEs is taken into account. It focuses on buying from SEEs more than on the larger “social purchasing” concept. In addition to the good practices in the procurement process, this guide also offers a list of SEEs offering goods and services to business and institutions, as well as a list of effects and performance indicators (KPI) to measure purchases from SEEs. It also includes references to case studies in order to allow the reader to link theorical good practices to real life situations.
