Morrisons plastic-free aisle case study

This case study details work done by Morrisons supermarkets, who trialled changes to the fresh produce section in their Skipton store. The case study evaluates the changes, details some key learnings, and looks at the next steps for the supermarket. Changes made in the Morrisons store included increasing the number of fresh produce lines sold loose, changing merchandising of fresh produce, and displaying loose vegetables in wooden crates/ creating chalkboard signage to enhance a 'market feel'.
