The proposed analysis of the existing legal possibilities for the introduction of Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP) in Ukraine was developed based on the review of a number of documents.
The analysis of the findings of the survey conducted among contracting authorities was also useful to identify the current public procurement practices and define the implementation challenges for SPP.
