Faculty of Tourism, University of Maribor strives to support the participatory process for reduction of the carbon footprint of Slovenian tourism and its adaptation to climate change based on actual data and in-depth models that will include the specific needs of Slovenian tourism. We therefore fully support the Glasgow Declaration Climate Action in Tourism and commit to support regional, national, and local destination level action plans in tourism.
