Hermitage Bay

Hermitage Bay was built some 15 years ago. Despite being a 5 start luxury resort, it is built entirely out of wood and all the land clearance was done by hand. All the building work was done by local contractors. It is a 'non-invasive' development. Sustainability has always been part of our mission statement and our philosophy. We buy as much as we can locally, grow our own organic produce and prioritise working with local suppliers over international ones. It is a natural step for us to sign this declaration. We have been on this path since the business was foundered.
