Fair Trade Tourism

Our commitment to the objectives of the Glasgow Declaration are consistent with the African proverb that says, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." At Fair Trade Tourism, we believe that to achieve the global 2030 climate action goals, we must certainly act quickly as individuals and as tourism businesses, but that we must also "go together", sharing solutions to catalyse climate action through collective resources and capacities, and ensuring that our most vulnerable are supported to be more resilient to the climate change impacts that we are too late to avoid.
