Glasgow Declaration on Climate Action in Tourism
By signing the Glasgow Declaration, ETC aims to stay at the forefront of global climate action and step up its commitment towards decarbonisation of the tourism sector in Europe.
We will assist our member National Tourism Organisations (NTOs) in accelerating climate action and in drafting their own Climate Action Plans. To support and guide organisations’ members on their path towards climate neutrality, ETC will also create guidelines for European NTOs on how to reduce their emissions and achieve climate neutrality by 2050, as well as facilitate best practice exchanges.
