At CEOE, through the Tourism Council, where all Spanish tourism organisations and companies are represented, we are striving to achieve the decarbonisation of the tourism sector. The action programme we are developing focuses on bringing business planning closer to the objectives of the climate change goals. In addition, the widening of the value chain and interrelationships through what we have called second generation tourism policies is the other major challenge to achieve the objective of improving and multiplying the contribution of the tourism sector in the fight on climate change.
