Aquation Office Park

Aquation is the first Green Office Park concept (opened in 2020) where we provide sustainable solutions for F&B outlets and Events organization. The use of energy of all kinds is optimized by the fact we are a low-rise (ground floor only), low density complex. In tropical cities such as Phnom Penh, we favor natural ventilation of our spaces, also helped by the fact that our property of 5 hectares is designed as 50% built space and 50% green areas. Our commitment started from the architect plans at the very beginning.
