Procurement for Sustainable Construction Materials Training

As part of the knowledge dissemination and capacity-building activities of the joint OECS Commission and UNEP “Strengthening Sustainable Public Procurement in the OECS” initiative, a training webinar on the new Procurement Guidelines for Sustainable Construction Materials was held on Friday, May 28, 2021. The objective of the training webinar was to provide an introduction to the Procurement Guidelines, describing how sustainability considerations for lumber and concrete blocks can be integrated into the public tendering process.
