Regional Virtual Forum: "The Role of Youth in the Promotion and Adoption of Sustainable Lifestyles".

Sustainable lifestyle is defined as meeting basic needs, providing a better quality of life, minimising the use of natural resources and emissions and without compromising the needs of future generations. Sustainable lifestyle has different individual, collective and external factors that are guided by environmental and socio-economic contexts. Therefore the event is about the involvement of young people or the role of young people to know if sustainable lifestyle is applied in future generations even if it is small actions like saving water, using a bicycle or changing a more sustainable fashion, even if it is doing recycling at home up to big changes like the creation of public policies to generate a bigger change.
