Making reliable claims and applying the ‘Guidelinesfor Providing Product Sustainability Information’ workshop
The Consumer Information for Sustainable Consumption and Production Programme, in partnership with UNEP and UNEP´s Regional Office in Thailand, is offering a workshop on the Consumer Information Guidelines on the 10th of November 2022 from 14 hrs to 16:30 hrs (UTC 07:00) Bangkok, Hanoi,Jakarta.
The workshop will cover an introduction to UNEP´s guidelines on Consumer Information, an overview of the 10 principles of Consumer Information, and an interactive exercise for attendees to practice their acquired knowledge.
The workshop will conclude with a panel discussion of experts in consumer rights, ecolabeling, and from the Private sector.
The overall intention of the workshop is to strengthen the knowledge of the best practices on Consumer Information on Sustainability, to engage with the Private Sector representatives working on this topic, as well as those working in sustainability strategy or corporate sustainability responsibility.
