To identify the relationship between different factors such as soil conversion and good agricultural practices with consumers in a sustainable way, taking the example of the enterprise La Huerta de la Abuela.
The relevance of this event for consumption and sustainable production is to be able to get to know enterprises such as La Huerta de la Abuela in order to understand first-hand the different agricultural practices for soil conservation and its benefits for consumers in a sustainable way, as well as to learn about sustainable food from planting to the moment of consumption of organic food. They also learned about good food practices such as the reuse of packaging and containers to mitigate the Carbon Footprint.
