COP15: “Nature Positive Food Systems: Building nexus between biodiversity-climate-land-health"

UNEP collaborated with UNCCD, UNCBD, UNFCCC, FAO, WWF, and WHO in this high-level event aimed at linking Rio conventions, targets, and goals for national level action and implementation. Furthermore, there will be a deeper diver into national level actions in their food systems.
In order for a successful shift to sustainable consumption and production to occur, unsustainable practices in food systems will need to be addressed. In line with this thinking, this event will share actionable steps to be taken to improve food systems at the national level.
