Common Purpose is a leadership development organization that specialises in crossboundary leadership. A not-for-profit, we run programmes in over 70 cities worldwide. Founded in 1989, more than 4,000 people become Common Purpose Alumni every year. Our leadership development programmes inspire and equip people to work across boundaries. This enables them to solve complex problems in organizations and society.

The ASEAN Leaders Programme is a unique leadership programme that brings together senior leaders from across the region to work together on a Challenge. The programme is also unique in its 2-part nature and in its delivery in multiple cities. For each year going forward, the ASEAN Leaders Programme will run in different cities and countries staying fresh and relevant.
