2nd USDA Food Loss and Waste Innovation Fair

The 2nd USDA Food Loss and Waste Innovation Fair, held September 14, 2022, was a virtual event showcasing some of the latest food loss and waste mitigation technologies, programs, and innovations developed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, academic institutions, local governments, and businesses. The event featured presentations, resources, and virtual exhibits. A wide array of food loss and waste publications, videos, and presentations are available for free download. Registrants are able to access the fair’s food loss and waste publications, videos, links to exhibitors’ websites, and additional downloadable resources through September 13, 2023.
