But to purchase and/or consume more sustainably and reduce the impact of food on our planet, we must have access to clear information on the products.This is why our mission is to promote transparency on the food market by evaluating food products and communicating their environmental impact simply, on the basis of 5 groups of criteria.

UNESCO roadmap for implementing the Global Action Programme (GAP) on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD)
The Roadmap communicates the Global Action Programme (GAP) on ESD endorsed by UNESCO Member States (37 C/Resolution 12) and acknowledged by the UN General Assembly (resolutions 69/211 and 70/209) to decision-makers, stakeholders and actors, and provides suggestions for the implementation of the GAP, as well as details on UNESCO’s role.
SCP Action Plan for the Mediterranean (consultation paper) details the main policy milestones for the SCP approach at the global and Mediterranean level. It set the framework of action for the Mediterranean context, detailing the major environmental issues, key SCP challenges for the region and suggesting key economic sectors within which SCP actions should be prioritized to ensure greats impacts.
