This report, available only in Polish, is based on a BPIE analysis and on a multi-stakeholder engagement process debating the development of a viable renovation framework for single-family buildings in Poland.
Findings include proposals for a simplified assessment methodology for renovated single-family buildings; a new financing scheme and policy recommendations that could incentivise and support deep renovation.
