Special Policy Study on Green Transition and Sustainable Social Governance

The Special Policy Study( SPS) carried out relevant research on the strategies and policies for the China's green consumption transition, including how to promote green lifestyles and consumption patterns, and improve the sustainable social governance system, during the key window period of China's consumption upgrading. And intends to explore how green production and consumption can serve to the transition to high-quality development, and to better integrate it into the national 14th Five-Year Plan.
Key policy recommendations for national green consumption transition include Identify the strategic positioning of promoting green consumption, integrate it into the national 14th Five-Year Plan as a key task for green development and ecological civilization construction, and develop a national strategy or action plan dedicated to promoting green consumption, highlight priorities for improving and enhancing innovate institutions, policies and actions for promoting green consumption.
