Plan de Acción nacional para la implementación de Compras Públicas Sostenibles en Ecuador / National Action Plan for the Implementation of SPP in Ecuador
El Plan de Acción de CPS es un instrumento que permita materializar el proyecto a través del sistema de compras públicas en el Ecuador resaltando los beneficios esperados e impactos que pudiera generar en alineación con los objetivos nacionales del PNBV. En el Plan de Acción de CPS se establecen acciones a implementar a corto (1 año), mediano (2 años) y largo plazo (3 años) las cuales se presentan en este documento como instrumento estratégico y de planificación principal para la implementación.
The UNEP approach considers the Development of the Policy and the SCP Action Plan as an instrument that allows the project to materialize through the public procurement system in Ecuador, highlighting the expected benefits and impacts that could be generated in alignment with the national objectives of the PNBV. The Action Plan of SCP establishes actions to be implemented in the short (1 year), medium (2 years) and long term (3 years) period, which are presented in this document as a strategic and main planning tool for the implementation of the SCP in the country.
