Reporte sobre el estado de avance y desarrollo de las Compras Públicas Sostenibles (Sustainable Public Procurement – SPP) en América Latina. A través de encuestas y entrevistas con las partes interesadas de la Región, analiza: las políticas, herramientas, implementación y los sistemas de monitoreo y medición de los países; los aspectos económicos, sociales y ambientales de la sostenibilidad; y las dificultades detectadas, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Report on the state of progress and development of Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP) in Latin America. Through surveys and interviews with stakeholders in the region, it analyzes: policies, tools, implementation and monitoring and measurement systems in the countries; the economic, social and environmental aspects of SPP; and the detected difficulties, conclusions and recommendations.
