This consumer insights study reveals changes in Brazilian consumer behavior in the period of the pandemic, expectations for post-pandemic life, barriers and triggers for the practice of a healthier and more sustainable life, and what consumers expect from companies. The study is a partnership between Akatu Institute and GlobeScan. 

The goal of the study’s results is to help companies and organizations make decisions towards sustainability and conscious consumption, in addition to showing opportunities for those wishing to contribute to urgent issues, such as the pandemic and the climate crisis, boost the adoption of more sustainable lifestyles by consumers and build a relationship of trust and commitment to its stakeholders. One part of the results is public, any company, organization, or policymaker can easily access it on Akatu’s and on Globescan’s websites; the other is closed, accessed only by the sponsors of the study.
