The Guidelines for Incorporating Environmental Criteria in Public Procurement addresses the Green Public Procurement as an effective environmental instrument that also brings social, economic and political benefits. It proposes tools and tips to include environmental criteria in the public procurement system, shows cases and practical examples and provides lists of criteria for some product groups. The guide will be useful to procurers, suppliers, municipalities and other stakeholders.
 
The guide was developed for Russian auditory within the frames of international project NonHazCity2 "City without hazardous substances" with the support of the European Fund for Regional Development INTERREG Baltic Sea Region.
