A Guidebook for Energy Advocates: An Easy to Use Guide on How to Conduct a Walkthrough Energy Audit
The guidebook was created to assist local governments in promoting sustainable lifestyles among its residents and businesses by providing a standard operating procedure for their technical staff to gather energy consumption data and conduct a basic walkthrough energy audit which will accelerate their shift to sustainable energy consumption.
The expected outcome of this activity is to enhance the understanding of the local government's technical staff on their energy consumption patterns and GHG emissions that can unlock the potential of their communities and contribute to the reduction targets of the city; to enable them identify effective and sustainable energy consumption measure they can implement; and to bring insights into how the local governments can implement the Energy Efficiency and Conservation law, and to reach their energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
