Forest Positive Procurement and Risk Prevention Guidelines for Retailers

This guide focuses on four types of products: paper, imported beef, palm oil, and soybeans. According to the five different development stages of the company, it proposes the key points of forest-friendly procurement and provides relevant solutions for the retailers. This guide aims to improve retailers' awareness of the deforestation impact of their product supply chains, as well as their understanding of forest-friendly and biodiversity conservation-related products.

According to the five different development stages of the company, it proposes the key points of forest-friendly procurement and provides relevant solutions for the retailers. This guide aims to improve companies' awareness of the environmental impact of their product supply chains, as well as their understanding of forest-friendly and biodiversity conservation-related products. The main users are purchasing personnel and management personnel of chain retail, catering companies, and related suppliers. This guide uses forest commodities as an example, and are expected to : -Provide a step-by-step implementation roadmap and tools that can be referenced for companies to implement responsible procurement -Provide a reference for enterprises to implement the industry standard of "Retail Enterprise Green Procurement Regulation" This guidelines was launched in CCFA Private Label Annual Conference with online participants of 7200, which were mostly from procurement/sourcing staff from retailers
