Explanatory film on GPP

The film briefly and concisely discusses the advantages of green public procurement and how these are implemented in practice. Public administrations in Germany procure goods and services for around 500 billion euros per year. By procuring environmentally friendly products and services, environmental impacts are reduced and the supply of green products can be increased. German public procurement law explicitly allows environmental criteria to be taken into account in public procurements. The explanatory film shows in particular which options are available under public procurement law.
