Consumer behaviour study

The main objective of this study was to understand the current state of awareness, knowledge and interests of Chilean consumers with respect to product sustainability.
Undertaking this study and the insights that came from it where key for designing the platform for consumers. Also some of this figures helped us engage more companies in the project. The advice we can give is that even though these kind of studies may be expensive and take time it is important to understand fully the problem you are trying to solve. The best defined this problem is, the more accurate your solution will be.
