Atmosfair
Atmosfair is a methodology for calculating CO2 emissions created by business travel for scope 3. It seeks to provide the most complete and specific methodology for measuring business travel, by covering the entire span of business travel (flights, hotels, rental cars, rail and conferences).
Atmosfair, a German non-profit organization promoting, developing and financing renewable energies in over 15 countries worldwide, designed the methodology (last updated 2016) in cooperation with the German Business Travel Association (DRV).
Atmosfair is a methodology for calculating CO2 emissions created by business travel for scope 3. This resource has been reviewed as part of the Climate Action in the Tourism Sector: An overview of methodologies and tools to measure greenhouse gas emissions within the framework of the Glasgow Declaration on Climate Action in Tourism.
