The 2015 Annual report on the state of municipal procurement in Canada I the fifth annual report of the Municipal Collaboration for Sustainable Procurement (MSCP) and highlights strategic sustainable supply chain best practices, trends and outlooks for the year ahead, based on challenges and lessons shared by municipalities across Canada. The MCP Annual Report if a “go-to” resource for municipalities and other agencies developing or optimizing sustainable procurement programs, and is frequently used to identify partners to approach for collaboration opportunities. The MSC is the leading sustainable procurement learning and capacity building network for municipalities in Canada.
