WRAP's Guardians of Grub

WRAP recently launched a new campaign (May 2019) focused on the hospitality and food service sector to reduce food waste. The campaign is called Guardians of Grub. September 2019 was the first ‘month of action’ for this campaign.
Guardians of Grub is a new campaign aimed at empowering professionals from across the hospitality and food service sector to reduce the amount of food thrown away in their establishments. A suite of free Guardians of Grub resources is now available that businesses can use to tackle food waste, including information posters and how-to guides, and a free calculator to record the changes being made. The campaign aims to tackle the £3 billion of food thrown away at hospitality and food service outlets.
