The role of ruminants in sustainable diets

This outreach event aims at discussing global sustainability from the ruminant perspective. This is an additional activity of the already affiliated project “Rediscover the role of dairy in sustainable diets”, which consisted in a series of symposia. This project has been granted the use of the One Planet logo. This initiative expect to report on the latest science to correctly assess the nutritional and environmental implications of ruminant livestock. This event aims at attracting an international audience of stakeholders and organizations that are active in the livestock sector, food and environmental policies or related activities.
