The Banana paper work promotes our cooperatives while giving an opportunity to the wider community to come learn and experience eco friendly paper making while educating participants about conservation education. To provide a platform that reflects the benefits of waste management culture while promoting harmony among our community people and our workshops will teach members key concepts in producing paper and how to make products to sell as a way of social economic knowledge improvement and to also equip them with skills to better their financial lifestyles while learning how to care for and maintain the environment.
We have managed to produce different types of environmentally friendly paper which we use to make a wide variety of products for sell from seasonal cards and lamp shades to writing books or packaging material. The sales generated enable our women afford basic needs of their life and households, while enabling us conserve our surrounding environment
